North View’s core objectives are:-
- to provide high quality housing at affordable rent levels.
- to provide and promote meaningful community control and participation in decision making.
- to provide an effective and high quality service to our tenants and residents.
In 2012/13, we aim to:-
- Carry out a Comprehensive Tenants Satisfaction Survey by 31st August 2012.
- Complete our Business Plan by 31st March 2013.
- Replace the kitchen units and worktops in the homes of 40 tenants by 31st March 2013.
- Replace the windows in the homes of 20 tenants by 31st March 2013.
- Replace bathroom suites in the homes of 20 tenants by 31st March 2013.
- Carry out condition surveys in at least 200 of our properties in 2012/13.
